Kayla has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years. She started as a front-desk receptionist at her local Keller Williams office, got promoted to CFO/COO of the office while finishing her Associates Degree in Business Administration & Management.
Kayla eventually got her own real estate license and she's currently 9 years into her realtor career with over 200+ transactions closed, and still actively helping referrals/friends/family in South Central Pennsylvania.
Kayla is very detail-oriented and strives for organization and perfection as much as possible

Tracy Moyer
Transaction Coordinator
Tracy's first job at 15yrs old was at Woolworths as a cashier. She also worked for 6 years as a Veterinary Technician before she had her children. For the most part while her girls were young, she stayed home to raise them, just having small jobs here and there- from helping family with their childcare needs, working at a daycare/preschool & CVS Pharmacy to fill the gaps.
After her girls were all in school, she went to school for Phlebotomy and went on to have a great career as a Mobile Blood Banking Phlebotomy Supervisor for 17 years. The Company she worked for fell upon hard times and she was left looking for her next chapter in life. Tracy's Sister-in-law (who also is a Realtor) gave her the loving push she needed to get her real estate license which she has been enjoying since 2018.
Tracy realized quickly that the Transaction Management side of the business was most appealing and she always looked forward to the details and organization of her transactions. With some encouragement from a dear friend, she's proud to be a part of Sterling Transactions team since January of 2024.
